I came out of this experience feeling better and different than I ever have from any other vacation. Experiencing new things, being pushed out of my comfort zone and being completely independent within the safety of a small group gave me a space of renewal that I didn’t know I needed. From the healing massage on the yoga deck and playing in waterfall pools to seeing macaws, monkeys and toucans daily as I walked from getting my morning coffee on the way to morning yoga was magical. The food was delicious and healthy, and served on a schedule. Everyone at Tiskita was so friendly and accommodating, I just can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is and the people there. Once I stepped into the jungles of Tiskita, what was promised as the experience came true. The lodge is set on a fantastic piece of land. You’ll see all the creature and plants your heart could ever dream of. You’ll spend time with people so full of kindness, it will make you not want to go back home. It’s important to be aware that this is a nature experience, so you’ll be sleeping amongst the sounds of monkeys, birds and cicadas (and who knows what else!). If you’re open to that experience, then Tiskita is the perfect place for you, and what better way to experience it than with a wonderful human being coordinating your activities. ~Kat

This experience was simply amazing. Christina provided safe space and gentle invitation to explore the felt sense of interconnection and dancing with the elements. She invited us to explore connection to self, to the group, and to the environment. My biggest take away was being immersed in all the elements and being one with nature and all of its inhabitants. Honoring the culture and the balance of this diverse ecosystem is something I will never forget. Christina was a gentle guide supporting me in this immersion while allowing choice, individuality and freedom to be me, while welcoming all of my parts. I have huge gratitude to have been invited into this magical place. The options of engagement were endless and I felt release and rejuvenation.
